Background:
- Charles
W. Kelly, MAI, has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial S. A.
as a Manager of the Hospitality Group and Commercial Realty
Advisory Division since he joined the company in 1998.
- During
his career at the company, Mr. Kelly has been responsible for
consulting services where review analysis was provided investors'
prior to entering joint venture developments, consulting services
were provided buyers and sellers wanting reasonable prices,
and appraisal services were provided lenders to determine loan
value.
- Prior
to joining the company, Mr. Kelly was a Vice-President in the
investment banking division of Merrill Lynch's Dallas office,
following that he had his own appraisal firm for 10 years. Mr.
Kelly has a history in the hospitality industry having appraised
and reviewed hotels over the past 25 years, ranging in product
type from limited service to resort properties.
- Bachelor
of Arts degree from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas.
- Completed
the Coldwell Banker Commercial University's training in Retail
Properties, Office Properties, Industrial Properties, Multi-family
Properties, and participated in training other Hospitality Specialists.
