Background:

• Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Realtors, Mr. Peterson, worked in the Saginaw, Michigan region for 12 years in the commercial real estate business. He participated in all aspects of that business in selling and leasing in the area of retail, office and industrial real estate and in the sale of vacant land and of ongoing businesses and in 1031 transactions.
• Mr. Peterson was owner and president of several operating companies in Michigan.
• Having been educated in both the United States and Mexico, he speaks Spanish and is somewhat less fluent in French. This language facility enable him to operate in the international arena with the Hospitality Brokerage Group.
