Background:

• Scott Proctor's initial career experience was in the hospitality industry and retail home building centers. Post graduation occupational career involved performing in a number of professional roles, including public accounting, insolvency consultant, business turn around consultant, international tax specialist, financing, real estate, securities syndication and a Partner in a national accounting firm.
• Scott moved from the public accounting and consulting profession to become a Principal of the Par Group of Companies developing a variety of real estate projects.
• Most recently, Scott became a member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty team as Investment Specialist for institutional investors and a member of the National Hospitality Team.
