• Mr. Webb has 25 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and 34 years of hotel experience.
• Ranked in the Top 5 Investment Brokers in Central Florida by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society.
• President of the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society, 1997, and the Florida CCIM Chapter.
• Recipient of the Prudential Commercial Services' prestigious TOP OF THE ROCK Award, as the most outstanding producer of commercial real estate transactions (by volume) in the 12 state Southeastern Region for 1996. Ranked as the highest volume commercial producer in Prudential Florida Realty.

Year 2000 Past Presidents Chairman for the Florida CCIM Chapter, Director for the Florida Association of Realtors and on the national board of directors (Council) for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
